Speaking at the opening ceremony, Kurtulmuş said that Sivas is a city that is developing day by day.

Stating that Turkey and the whole world are going through a difficult period, Kurtulmuş said, “We are in a period where the world’s economies are upside down and shaken, the political structures in the world are going through a very serious shake-up, almost all economies have not faced serious and deep crises for many years.” used the phrases.
