The world’s deepest diving pool opens its doors in Dubai, offering an unforgettable underwater experience

Deep Dive Dubai entered the Guinness World Records as the world’s deepest diving pool with a depth of 60.02 meters. The previous record holder with a depth of 45 meters was Deepspot in Poland.

Located just 15 minutes from central Dubai, the pool will open to the public in late July. “We wanted to give everyone the opportunity to explore their own limits by diving into an amazing underwater experience in the middle of the city,” Abdulla Bin Habtoor from Deep Dive Dubai told Euronews.

“We wanted to make the diving experience accessible to visitors and residents of the city”

Habtoor added his hopes for the pool, which holds 14 million liters of water, adding, “What we want to do with Deep Dive Dubai is to make diving accessible to all visitors or residents of the city.”

In this episode of Adventures, Euronews’s Evan Bourke took part in a “exploratory dive” for people with no diving experience. There are on-site classrooms and a 12-person decompression chamber for decompression, making the pool an ideal place to practice your diving skills.
